Artistic workshop on media and information literacy in partnership with the Roger-Gouhier media library

For this second season of radio workshops, Laura Burucoa proposes to collectively create a new podcast. During four afternoons, participants will learn radio techniques, from voice recording to the creation of soundscapes and musical jingles. The content will be developed as a group and the editing will be reviewed together.

This year, workshops will start with the clichés conveyed by certain media outlets about those referred to as “young people.” Based on discussions and feelings shared within the group, each participant will approach the subject in their own way to produce a podcast reflecting their current concerns. The themes addressed include laziness, constraints and free will, video games and expressions of violence, the male gaze and representations of masculinity, clothing style, money, and the sense of belonging, with the backdrop of adults’ projections onto “today’s youth.”
